MYTHICS FORMS STRATEGIC ALLIANCE WITH COMTER SYSTEMS, INC.
VIRGINIA BEACH, VA, March 1, 2006 – Mythics, Inc., an End-to-End Oracle Information Systems Solution Provider to Federal, State and Local Government Agencies, Health Care and Higher Education Facilities as well as General Business Customers, announced today that it has formed a strategic alliance with Comter Systems, Inc., to create a combined pool of resources for the design, implementation, operations and maintenance of the PeopleSoft, Oracle, Seibel and JD Edwards suite of products.
Under the terms of the alliance agreement, the combined companies will establish cross-functional business development and technology teams to focus their core competencies on addressing the requirements of Federal, Commercial and State and Local customers.
