Platinum level support is best for mission critical systems. Our Service Assurance Team offers full 24x7x365 monitoring and support for your business around the clock.

Gold Level Oracle Service Assurance
Mythics Professional Services’ mid-level service offering is designed to give the client flexibility to those situations where your database system is only needed during normal business hours. Though this service does not offer monitoring capabilities, our staff is prepared to service the client’s account during normal business hours Monday through Friday 8am-6pm EST. This service offering offers many of the same great services as our Platinum service, but scaled down considerably to save you money based on your service needs.

No Contract "On Demand" Oracle Service Assurance
Mythics Professional Services’ “on demand” service offering gives you the ability to reach out to seasoned professionals for “on-call support” with your questions and problems. Have our technical staff on call to supplement your current DBA staff, for production, testing or development questions, or problems concerning your system. If you don’t have a full time DBA, call us when you need some work done or you have a problem or question.

Bulk Rate Oracle Service Assurance
Mythics Professional Services’ flexible service offering gives the client a different feel from the other three offerings (Platinum, Gold, No Contract) in that you may pre-purchase at a discount rate “bulk hours”. When issues or problems occur, call our dedicated Service Assurance professional staff and we will start investigating your concerns. Since the client has already pre-paid with this offering, we simply subtract our time resolving your issues from your bulk rate hours purchased.
