When issues or problems occur, call our dedicated Service Assurance professional staff and we will start investigating your concerns. Since the client has already pre-paid with this offering, we simply subtract our time resolving your issues from your bulk rate hours purchased.

Mythics Professional Services offers a wide-range of services, which the client may use with your bulk-rate hours. Our professional staff will investigate and provide work at the rate mentioned above. With this type of service, we will prioritize our work based on the severity of your issues and those of other customer commitments. Bulk Rate Service is offered at a pre-paid discount in blocks of 50 hours each.
