No Contract "On Demand" Oracle Service Assurance

Mythics Professional Services’ “on demand” service offering gives you the ability to reach out to seasoned professionals for “on-call support” with your questions and problems. Have our technical staff on call to supplement your current DBA staff, for production, testing or development questions or problems concerning your system. If you don’t have a full time DBA, call us when you need some work done or you have a problem or question.

Mythics Professional Services’ offers a wide-range of services, which are available to you at a no-contract pricing structure. The pricing is a minimum of 4 hrs. With this agreement, the client will log a support case at our on-line customer center when problems occur. Our professional staff will investigate and provide work at the rate mentioned above. With this type of service, we will prioritize our work based on the severity of your issues and those of other customer commitments. Though we provide this service with the same level of quality professionalism, it is our lowest level service offering.
