Support Service Pricing Considerations

Mythics Professional Services offers four (4) types of Oracle service offerings or support agreements (Platinum, Gold, No Contract and Bulk Rate). Based on your selection of support services, the designated service will be inserted into a formal Client Care Support Agreement. This documentation is solely provided to provide you information about the support services offered to our clients.

Once maximum hours per year are exhausted, client may wish to purchase additional hours at a volume based discount. At any time, client may wish to switch to the Gold, Platinum, or Bulk Rate Oracle Service contracts.

Term – Platinum and Gold Service Assurance
   
Mythics Professional Services offers the following term service offerings:
6 month pre-paid at normal pricing conditions
1-year pre-paid contracts at a 5% discount
2-year pre-paid contracts at a 10% discount
3-year pre-paid contracts at a 15% discount
   
Volume discounts – Platinum and Gold Service Assurance
   
Mythics Professional Services offers the following volume discounts based on your annual commitment in the contract:
  $0-30K = no volume discount
  $30K-50K = additional 5% discount
  $50K = additional 10% discount.
   
  Volume discounts are over and above the discounts described above in the “Term” prepaid contract descriptions section. For example, if you select a 3-year pre-paid contract with a 15% discount and had annual commitments in excess of $50K, you would qualify for a 25% discount on your support agreement. Maximum discount is 25%.
