<h1>Job Requirements:</h1>

<p>Responsible for maintaining 2+ year support renewals done YOY with Oracle and capturing new renewals for license deals processed through Mythics</p>
</li>

<p>Relationship building with Oracle renewal reps and Mythics customers</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Ability to work with all departments of Mythics</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Responsible for following up with customers to assess PO timeframe and forecast properly to Oracle reps and Mythics Management through utilization of CRM system</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Accurate deal booking to accounting</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Up-selling Oracle products and Mythics products to customers</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Provide accurate pricing to customers through Oracle's cost proposal and researching original customer purchase</p>
</li>
</ul>
<h1>Qualifications:</h1>

<p>GED required, College degree preferred</p>

<h2>Required Skills, Knowledge and Characteristics:</h2>

<p>1-2 years experience in a sales role preferred</p>

<p>Excellent PC skills - Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint. Aptitude for quickly learning how to automate processes using these tools</p>

<p>The Oracle E-Business Suite Implementer will be responsible for the configuration of Oracle products to provide the functionality required for the system.  The candidate should be a highly motivated, experienced, implementer for Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Data Warehousing, Oracle Reporting, and Business Intelligence; and an expert in DB and PLSQL at 11 G levels, Oracle BI, and data modeling and data architecture.</p>
<h3>Duties:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Design and develop systems using Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Data Warehousing, Oracle Reporting, and Business Intelligence products </li>
<li>Configure Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Data Warehousing, Oracle Reporting, and Business Intelligence products to meet system requirements </li>
<li>Perform activities required to customize Oracle product screens and reports</li>
<li>Establish workflows and business rules in Oracle product</li>
<li>Initialize and load databases and other parameters as required</li>
<li>Activate or initialize security </li>
<li>Test and verify configured Oracle component(s) </li>
<li>Understand the client environment, the technical and business requirements, and provide input to the project, account, and system teams. </li>
<li>Operate under a CMMI Level II-rated methodology, while promoting and adhering to data quality practices. </li>
<li>Contribute to full development life cycle, including: requirements analysis, functional design, technical design, programming, testing, documentation, implementation, and on-going technical support. </li>
<li>Evaluate, analyze and fulfill user requirements (new business processes and user procedures). </li>
<li>Setup, customize and test modules, upgrades, and customizations to meet user requirements. </li>
<li>Develop standardized department processes, procedures and documentation. </li>
<li>Investigate and resolve user problems and application issues as they arise. </li>
<li>Implement new interfaces with legacy systems.</li>
<li>Implementation of new product functionality and fixing bugs with existing systems.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Required Experience &amp; Skills:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Requires 5-9+ years of demonstrated OLTP and OLAP database design experience using Oracle database software, structured query language (SQL), and data modeling and migration tools.</li>
<li>Demonstrable experience in the configuration and implementation of Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Data Warehousing, Oracle Reporting, and Business Intelligence products</li>
<li>Degree in Computer Science preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered </li>
<li>Certifications: 11i Workflow Certified Expert, Oracle EBS Expert</li>
<li>Experience with analysis, organization, categorization, assimilation, and integration of data, business rules for database objects for source to target data mappings from multiple RDBMS systems and other sources to Oracle databases.</li>
<li>Experience designing and implementing source to target data mapping conversions.</li>
<li>Sound understanding of database administration principles with regard to database performance, configuration, data management, security, and the appropriate level of de-normalization.</li>
<li>Significant conceptual, logical, and physical modeling experience using standard entity-relationship diagram (ERD) modeling techniques is required.</li>
<li>Experience working with databases of FISMA-compliant systems.</li>
<li>Technical certification - Oracle Certified Professional (OCP), and Oracle Certified Master (OCM) </li>
<li>Strong analytical, oral, and written skills.</li>
<li>Drive to provide results quickly in order to meet aggressive business objectives.</li>
<li>Ability to balance multiple demands and work both independently and as part of a team to develop solutions. </li>
<li>Discipline to provide documentation and maintainable code for future users and developers.</li>
<li>Must be willing to work extra hours as necessary for day-to-day operations and occasional weekend or after-hours coverage based upon current projects.</li>
<li>Extensive experience with Oracle E-Business Application Development</li>
<li>Must have project leadership skills</li>
<li>Excellent oral and written communication a must</li>
<li>Team player who can work with cross-functional development teams</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Developer Tools: Oracle Discoverer (Administrator, Desktop, Viewer); Oracle Workflow; Oracle JDeveloper; SQL*Loader; Oracle Business Intelligence ; Oracle Application Express; Microsoft Visual Studio (.NET); Oracle Sales Analyzer; Oracle Forms; Oracle Reports; TOAD or SQL Developer</li>
<li>Operating Systems: UNIX; Windows; DOS</li>
<li>Data Bases: Oracle 8i (Experience with Functions, Procedures and Packages); Oracle 9i; Oracle 10g, Oracle 11g ; Microsoft SQL Server </li>
<li>Languages: PL/SQL ; Java; HTML; XML; JavaScript</li>
<li>Applications: Oracle 11i e-Business Suite (Project Management, Project Costing, Project Collaboration, Project Sourcing, Project Analytics, OBIEE, Informatica), Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint)</li>
<li>Middleware technologies (WebMethods, etc)</li>
<li>Knowledge of application frameworks (JAVA or .NET) is a plus.</li>
<li>Knowledge of various Extract Transformation and Load (ETL) tools.</li>
<li>Experience working within a CMMI Level II rated environment</li>
<li>Enterprise Data Architecture experience for large, high-availability OLTP and OLAP environments </li>
<li>Knowledge of SQL Server is a plus.</li>
<li>Excellent Intra-team and Inter-team communication and collaboration</li>
<li>Knowledge of Data migration tools.</li>
<li>Knowledge of statistical software (SAS and SPSS, etc), reporting products (Business Objects, Crystal reports, Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services) a plus</li>
