Mythics monitors your database and alerts you to weaknesses and potential trouble.  Mythics makes recommendations daily and sends comprehensive reports allowing you complete knowledge of the status of your database.

Includes:

  • Initial Onsite Environmental Assessment and Database Health Check
  • Installation of the MRSS Monitoring Tools
  • Online Monitoring (M-F 8:00am – 6:00pm EST)
  • Email report daily with recommendations
 
Bronze

Mythics acts as a back-up DBA and organizational insurance policy. Mythics is responsible for partial control of DBA functions of the client’s Oracle environment.

Includes services listed in the Bronze package, PLUS

  • Continuous online monitoring (24 x 7 x 365)
  • Reactive DBA services (24 x 7 x 365)
  • Email report sent daily with environmental updates and recommendations
  • Service level agreements Toll Free Hotline to report or discuss open issues
 
Gold

Mythics acts as a back-up DBA and organizational insurance policy.  Mythics is responsible for partial control of DBA functions, and takes on a leadership role in the client’s organization.

Includes services listed in the Silver package, PLUS:

  • Continuous proactive and reactive DBA services (24 x 7 x 365). We actively look for trouble.
  • Access to the MRSS Request Manager, a client specific account portal
  • Online portal access to a health check repository, including access to all reported trouble tickets, status of actions, and daily statistics (historical of the client’s Oracle
    environment.)
  • Proactive Tuning Actions to the client databases keeping them in prime running condition, including patch upgrades, space utilization, memory utilization, and other items to keep the database optimized.
 
Platinum

Mythics acts as a back-up DBA and organizational insurance policy. Mythics is responsible for partial control of DBA functions, takes on a leadership role, and gives staff augmentation to the client’s organization.

Includes services listed in the Gold package, PLUS:

  • Up to 10 hours per month of remote non-maintenance activities to include application installation, production installation, knowledge transfer, solutions architecture, Q&A or other DBA duties.
