Mythics has been a member of the Oracle Partner community for over 20 years now, and throughout that time has taken a leadership position in the Oracle Partner Community through its participation in programs such as the Oracle Cloud Excellence Implementer Program and the Oracle Specialization program, where Mythics was the undisputed leader among US Government Resellers with 55 Specializations.  But those programs were sunset by Oracle, who introduced a new program with its launch of the Modern Oracle Partner Network in 2019 called the Oracle Partner Expertise Program.

That's where the Oracle Partner Expertise Program comes into play. Whether you need an Expert Oracle Procurement Partner or Expert Oracle Implementation Partner, the Oracle Partner Network Expertise Program is the only Oracle validated partner certification program.  This program validates a partner's demonstrated customer success, implementation and procurement competency and continued commitment to being a leader in the Oracle Partner community.

Oracle Sell Expertise recognizes partners who have mastered the skills and acquired the certifications that Oracle finds to be necessary to successfully help customers procure Oracle products and/or cloud services. It is important to note that Sell Expertise is required in order for a partner to be granted resell rights for many products in Oracle’s portfolio, including most OnPrem Hardware, OnPrem Applications and Oracle Cloud Products.

Oracle Service Expertise recognizes partners with proficiency to implement Oracle products and/or cloud services.  This proficiency is only granted after Oracle has performed a thorough evaluation of a partner’s skills, personnel and references by performing the following checks:

  • Ensure that the partner has acquired the required quantity of product specific technical certifications
  • Ensure that the partner employs the required quantity of certified project management professionals
  • Interview customers that have recently utilized a partners implementation services and validated that the partner performed with excellence

Oracle Cloud Managed Service Provider Expertise recognizes partners with proficiency to specifically provide Managed Services for Oracle Cloud Services.  This proficiency is only granted after Oracle has performed a thorough evaluation of a Cloud Service Expertise and has validated a partners achievement of the following additional requirements:

  • Oracle performs an audit of a partners’ managed services processes. The audit will review the company’s history and success of delivering managed services including customer success cases, company staffing, and operational processes supporting managed services.
  • Interview customers that have recently utilized a partners Cloud Managed Services and validated that the partner performed with excellence

ISO-9001

ISO 9001:2015 is an international standard that specifies requirements for a quality management system (QMS). Our QMS helps coordinate and direct our activities to meet customer and regulatory requirements and continuously improve our effectiveness and efficiency. Our QMS was initially certified in 2012 against the ISO 9001:2008 standard and updated to meet the latest requirements in 2017.

Mythics Emergent Group’s (MEG) AgileForce Project has been appraised by Broadsword Solutions Corporation at Maturity Level 3 of the CMMI Institute’s Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI)®. CMMI is a capability improvement framework that provides organizations with the essential elements of effective processes that improve their performance. An appraisal at Maturity Level 3 indicates we are performing at a “defined” level, demonstrating that our processes are well characterized, understood, and described in standards, procedures, tools, and methods that improve over time.

ISO/IEC 27001:2013 is an international standard that specifies requirements for an information security management system (SMS). In February 2022, our ISMS was certified against the ISO/IEC 27001:2013 Information Security Management Systems standard by G-CERTI Co., Ltd.

This certification demonstrates that we have invested in the people, processes, technology, and an independent evaluation to help protect and ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all our corporate data. In addition, earning this certification will assure our customers and partners when evaluating us that we take data protection seriously.

ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 is an international standard that specifies requirements for an information technology service management system (ITSMS). In March 2022, our ITSMS was certified against the ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 Information Security Management Systems standard by G-CERTI Co., Ltd.

This certification demonstrates that we have invested in the people, processes, technology, and an independent assessment to benchmark our ITSMS, improve its services, demonstrate an ability to meet customer requirements, and create a framework for independent evaluation. Our customers benefit from this certification because our ITSMS:

  • Offers competitive differentiation by demonstrating reliability and high quality of service
  • Provides assurance to our customers that we will fulfill their service requirements
  • Enforces a measurable level of effectiveness and a culture of continual improvement by enabling us to monitor, measure, and review our service management processes and services
  • Drives down the costs of conformance to a multitude of customer regulations, including PCI DSS, HIPAA, FERPA, FIPS, and FISMA, etc.
  • Helps leverage ITIL practices to optimize resources and processes

We assign a PMI-certified Project Management Professional (PMP) to every services engagement to ensure we deliver projects on time and within budget. In addition, our ISO 9001:2015 QMS codifies the best practices defined in PMI’s Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide).

PCI DSS applies to entities that store, process, or transmit cardholder data (CHD) or sensitive authentication data (SAD), including merchants, processors, acquirers, issuers, and service providers. The PCI DSS is mandated by the card brands and administered by the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council. We have complied with PCI DSS since 2020 and are audited annually.
