Requirements for Applying for Support:

  • Organization requesting support must be a 501(c)3 organization and able to provide documentation if requested
  • Request for support must be received 45 days prior to event
  • Requests only considered upon submission of Contribution Request Form. Phone calls and email will not be considered
  • Completion of Contribution Request Form does not guarantee that Mythics, Inc./Emergent will be able to fulfill the request
  • Approved recipients of support must wait twelve (12) months to submit new request
